Privacy Policy for Negin Alarm

Rose Etiket ("Rose Etiket", "we", "us", or "our") operates the Negin Alarm Android application ("Negin Alarm" or the "App").

This Privacy Policy explains how Negin Alarm accesses, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the App.

Negin Alarm is designed as a general-purpose alarm and reminder application. It does not require an account or login and does not operate a user account system or its own cloud database.

By using Negin Alarm, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information Negin Alarm Stores Locally

Negin Alarm is designed to keep the information necessary for your alarms and reminders on your Android device.

Depending on the features you use, locally stored information may include:

• Alarm time and schedule;
• Alarm name;
• Alarm message or text entered by you;
• Repeat days;
• Selected alarm sound;
• Alarm and reminder settings;
• Countdown and other alarm configuration;
• Location alarm settings;
• The latitude and longitude of a location selected by you;
• The location radius selected by you;
• A text location label or address associated with a selected location.

This information is stored locally using the Android Room/SQLite database.

Rose Etiket does not operate a server or cloud database that receives or stores your alarm data.

Negin Alarm does not require you to create an account and does not request your name, email address, telephone number, password, or other account credentials within the App.

3. Location Information

Negin Alarm provides location-based alarm features, including alarms that can notify you when you:

• arrive at a selected location; or
• move away from a selected location.

Foreground and Background Location

When you enable a location-based alarm, Negin Alarm may use precise and approximate location permissions and Android background location functionality to determine whether your device has entered or left the location area you configured.

Background location monitoring is used only when an active location-based alarm requires it.

If you have no active location-based alarms, Negin Alarm does not continuously monitor your location for this purpose.

The location-based alarm feature is a core function of Negin Alarm and requires background location access so that the alarm can operate when the App is not actively displayed.

How Current Location Is Processed

When a new GPS location is received, Negin Alarm compares the current location with the target latitude and longitude saved for the relevant alarm.

The current GPS latitude and longitude used for this calculation are not saved as a location history.

Negin Alarm does not maintain a route history or a historical record of your movements.

A temporary distance value may be retained in memory while the location-monitoring service is running so that the App can determine the user's approximate distance from the selected target and display an approximate remaining distance when appropriate.

When the relevant service ends, this temporary in-memory information is discarded.

Location Selected by You

When you select a location for an alarm, the target latitude, longitude, selected radius, and associated text location label may be stored locally in the App's database.

These are the target-location details that you selected for the alarm and are not a history of your device's movements.

When you delete the relevant location alarm, its associated location information is deleted from the App's local database.

4. Google Maps and Google Location Services

Negin Alarm uses Google services, including:

• Google Maps SDK for Android;
• Google Play Services Location / Fused Location Provider; and
• Android/Google geocoding services used to convert selected coordinates into readable location information.

Google Maps is used to display maps, markers, location areas, and the user's current position.

The App obtains the device's current location through Google's Fused Location Provider rather than directly through the Google Maps API.

When you use the map, Google Maps may process information required to provide and operate the mapping service. Depending on the SDK version, configuration, and your interactions with the map, Google may process technical information and map interaction information.

When you search for an address or select a point on the map and Negin Alarm uses geocoding to obtain a readable address, the relevant search information or selected coordinates may be transmitted to Google's services to provide the geocoding result.

Google processes information according to its own privacy practices and terms. Rose Etiket does not control Google's independent processing of information.

For current information about Google's processing practices, please refer to Google's Privacy Policy and the privacy information provided by the relevant Google Maps and Google Play Services products.

5. Alarm and Reminder Features

Negin Alarm provides several types of alarms and reminders, including:

• Ordinary time alarms;
• Countdown alarms;
• Location arrival alarms;
• Location departure alarms;
• Medication time reminders;
• Water-drinking reminders;
• Movement/activity reminders;
• Eye-exercise reminders;
• Reminders encouraging you to look approximately 20 feet away for approximately 20 seconds;
• Love reminders encouraging you to contact someone you care about;
• Other alarm and reminder features provided by the App.

Medication, hydration, activity, and eye-exercise reminders use predefined or application-generated reminder messages and settings.

Negin Alarm does not provide a medical record system and does not request medical diagnoses, medical records, symptoms, medication dosage information, or other medical history as part of these reminder features.

However, ordinary alarms may allow you to enter your own alarm name and message. You are responsible for the information you choose to enter into those fields.

All alarm and reminder information is stored locally on your device.

6. Notifications, Alarms, and Device Functions

Negin Alarm may request Android permissions and use Android system capabilities required to reliably deliver alarms and reminders.

Depending on your device and Android version, these capabilities may include:

• Notifications;
• Exact alarm scheduling;
• Vibration;
• Wake locks;
• Full-screen alarm notifications;
• Waking or activating the screen when an alarm rings;
• Managing the device's lock-screen behavior during alarm presentation;
• Receiving the Android boot-completed event so scheduled alarms can be restored after device restart;
• Foreground services for location monitoring and alarm operation.

These capabilities are used to provide the App's alarm and reminder functionality and are not used by Rose Etiket to collect personal information for unrelated purposes.

Negin Alarm may also request the user-facing Android setting that allows the App to be excluded from battery optimization. This is intended to reduce the risk that Android terminates or restricts background alarm functionality.

Negin Alarm does not directly collect or store battery-status information for analytics or advertising purposes.

7. Internet and Network Access

Negin Alarm requires Internet access for services such as Google Maps, geocoding, and advertising functionality.

The App does not operate its own backend server and does not transmit your alarm database to Rose Etiket's servers.

Network communication performed by third-party Google services is governed by the respective Google service's privacy practices.

8. Advertising and Google AdMob

Negin Alarm may display a banner advertisement on the main screen using Google AdMob.

The App does not intentionally place advertisements:

• On the alarm screen;
• On the lock screen;
• Inside alarm notifications;
• As part of the alarm sound;
• Or as an intrusive full-screen advertisement during alarm operation.

AdMob and its related advertising technology may process information such as device or advertising identifiers, IP address, app interactions, diagnostics, and other information required for advertising, measurement, security, and fraud prevention, depending on the configuration and features used.

Google may use such information to provide, measure, protect, and improve advertising services.

Negin Alarm does not sell your personal information to advertisers.

Advertising Consent

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Negin Alarm is intended to use Google's approved consent-management solution and applicable consent mechanisms when required.

Where consent is required for personalized advertising, users will be provided with the applicable privacy choices.

If a user does not provide consent for personalized advertising, Negin Alarm will not use that consent as a basis for personalized advertising. Depending on the user's location, applicable law, Google policies, and AdMob configuration, non-personalized or other permitted advertising may still be available.

Users may also have privacy controls provided by Google and Android for advertising and related identifiers.

AdMob and Google's advertising services are subject to Google's own policies and privacy practices.

9. Children's Privacy and General Audience

Negin Alarm is a general-purpose application and is not specifically designed or directed at children.

The App does not require users to provide their age, name, email address, telephone number, or other direct identity information.

Children may nevertheless use the App as part of a general audience.

We do not knowingly request or require children to provide personal information to create an account because Negin Alarm does not provide user accounts.

Advertising shown through Google AdMob must be configured and served in accordance with applicable Google Play Families requirements, applicable laws, and the applicable advertising configuration for children or users of unknown age.

Negin Alarm does not intentionally use a child's personal information for advertising purposes independently of Google's advertising services.

10. Data Sharing

Rose Etiket does not sell, rent, or otherwise provide your locally stored alarm database to third parties.

Negin Alarm does not send your locally stored alarm configurations to a Rose Etiket server.

However, information may be transmitted directly from the App to third-party Google services when necessary for those services to operate.

These services may include:

• Google Maps;
• Google Play Services Location;
• Google geocoding services;
• Google AdMob.

The information processed by these third-party services may include technical information, network information, location-related information, map interactions, advertising identifiers, app interactions, diagnostics, and other information described in the relevant Google service documentation.

Third-party services may process information independently in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms.

11. Data Retention

Alarm and Reminder Data

Alarm and reminder information stored locally remains on your device until you delete the relevant alarm or otherwise remove the application's local data.

When an alarm is deleted, the information associated with that alarm, including its location information where applicable, is removed from the App's local database.

Temporary Location Information

Current GPS location information used for location-alarm processing is not retained as a location history.

Temporary in-memory information used to calculate distance is discarded when it is no longer required and when the relevant location-monitoring service ends.

Uninstalling Negin Alarm

Because Negin Alarm does not maintain user accounts or a Rose Etiket cloud database, uninstalling the App removes the locally stored alarm data from the device, subject to the behavior of the Android operating system and device.

Rose Etiket does not retain a copy of your alarm database on its servers.

The App is configured so that alarm data is not intended to be included in automatic Android backup.

Information independently processed by Google services, including advertising or mapping services, is subject to the respective Google service's retention and deletion practices.

12. Data Security

Negin Alarm uses Android's standard application storage mechanisms, including Room/SQLite, to store alarm information locally.

The App does not use a separate database-encryption system such as SQLCipher.

For this reason, users should protect their Android device using the security controls provided by their device and operating system, including an appropriate screen lock where available.

Information transmitted by Google's relevant services is protected according to the security mechanisms implemented by those services. For example, Google states that relevant SDK data is encrypted in transit using secure transport mechanisms such as TLS/HTTPS.

No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

13. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your country or region, you may have rights concerning personal information processed about you, including rights to:

• Request access to personal information;
• Request correction of inaccurate information;
• Request deletion of personal information;
• Request restriction of processing;
• Object to certain processing;
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
• Request information about how your information is processed;
• Lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

Because Negin Alarm does not maintain user accounts or a Rose Etiket cloud database, most alarm and reminder information is stored only on your device and is under your direct control.

If your request concerns information independently processed by Google, we may direct you to Google because Rose Etiket does not control Google's independent processing.

14. Data Deletion Requests

Negin Alarm does not provide user accounts.

You can delete locally stored alarm information by deleting the relevant alarms within the App.

You can also remove the App and its local application data by uninstalling Negin Alarm, subject to Android's operating-system behavior.

Rose Etiket does not maintain a cloud copy of your alarm database.

Information independently retained by Google services must be handled according to Google's applicable privacy controls and procedures.

15. Third-Party Services

Negin Alarm uses selected third-party Google services to provide mapping, location, geocoding, and advertising functionality.

16. No User Account or Cloud Synchronization

Negin Alarm does not provide:

• User registration;
• Login;
• User accounts;
• Cloud synchronization;
• Rose Etiket cloud storage of alarms;
• Social login;
• Password storage;
• Contact synchronization;
• Server-side storage of the user's alarm database.

Your alarm configuration is intended to remain local to the device.

17. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to Negin Alarm, third-party services, applicable laws, or Google Play requirements.

When we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this Privacy Policy and, where appropriate, provide additional notice through the App or our website.

You should review this Privacy Policy periodically to remain informed about how Negin Alarm handles information.
